A Whole New Perennial Collection!

Paper Rose Co. A Whole New Perennial Collection!

It might seem a bit odd to release a big new collection right now. I have to admit, I’ve held off for the past couple of weeks because I’ve felt conflicted in doing so. There are more critical things to worry about than flowers these days, right?

But at the same time, maybe people need flowers right now? I know I do! I always find flowers helpful when I’m anxious or stressed. Sending flowers, picking flowers, making flowers, even just looking at flowers—this is how I cope. I’m still working away in my home studio, so why not share the work I’m doing? Maybe it will help other people too!

Paper Rose Co. 2020 Perennial Collection Palette

I’ve been dreaming up the changes I made to my Perennial Collection for quite some time. The more I thought about the changes I wanted to make, the larger the scope became. This stage is only a fraction of what I have planned and what I hope to turn this section into—a trusted resource for paper flower collecting, gifting, and accessorizing.

With the onset of Spring, I focused on everyone’s favorite bloom—peonies! I’ve been studying these nine varieties for years, and they provide an excellent foundation for mixing and matching and creating gorgeous arrangements. I’ve added lots of detail and included a few new phases to these bundles to show all of the beautiful shapes and sizes these peonies take on as they bloom. These paper versions will keep people guessing!

I will be adding several more varieties of roses in the coming months, as well as supplementing these classics with more seasonal stems (like dahlias, zinnias, etc.) in seasonal edits and around the holidays, which I’ll list under the newly categorized Limited Editions section.

Perennial COllection Lookbook

Below is the full lineup of items I included in this round of my Perennial update. There are more on the way, but I needed to press pause so I could get to work on my Mother’s Day Collection, which will be making its debut here in another week or two.

As with my last release for Valentine’s Day, I’m offering the peony bundles in both single and double sizes so that you can build larger bouquets or combine your favorite varieties.

The best news about this release is that this collection is here to stay. All of the items here are available year-round, so know that they’ll be here when you need them, and so will I!

From my quarantined house to yours—stay safe, stay home, and take care!
